We buy products in Korea
on behalf of customers
and ship them internationally.
We are not the manufacturer.
■ Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled
after completion.
■ Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of proxy purchasing,
exchanges and refunds are generally not accepted.
Exceptions may be reviewed only if ALL conditions below are met.
■ Eligible Cases
✓ Item clearly different from the order
✓ Major functional defect
✓ Reported within 3 days of delivery
✓ Photo or video evidence provided
Returns without prior approval
will not be processed.

• Change of mind
• Incorrect color or size selection
• Minor scratches within manufacturer standards
• Minor packaging damage
• Minor cosmetic damage during international shipping
• Items showing signs of use
• Limited items, food, hygiene products
■ International Shipping
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping & customs fees are customer’s responsibility
• Import duties & taxes are customer’s responsibility
